  1. Identification of the contracting parties (National Identity Document). If they are not Spanish, valid identification documentation that corresponds.
  2. ID cards of at least 2 witnesses.
  3. Marriage file processed by the competent court and resolved favorably.
  1. National Identity Document (DNI) of the future ex-spouses. If they are not Spanish, valid identification documentation as appropriate.
  2. Fotocopia del D.N.I el letrado de los ex cónyuges y su carnet de ejerciente.
  3. Marriage certificate that proves the marital union.
  4. Certificado de empadronamiento de al menos uno de los cónyuges.
  5. Family book.
  6. Separation or divorce agreement.
  7. If the property is to be awarded, additional documentation is required (ask at the notary’s office for the corresponding advice).
